Iyaka Dashboard (operated by Iyaka, Chennai, India) is a social media analytics tool that connects to Instagram business accounts via the Meta Graph API. It is used internally by Iyaka agency to provide performance insights for brand accounts we manage on behalf of our clients.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and how it is stored and protected.
We access the following data from connected Instagram business accounts via the Meta Graph API:
We do not access private messages, personal user data, or any data belonging to individuals who follow or interact with these accounts.
Data accessed via the Meta Graph API is used solely for the following purposes:
We do not sell, share, rent, or use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond internal analytics reporting.
Metrics retrieved from the Meta Graph API are stored in Google Sheets, accessible only to authorised Iyaka team members and the respective brand client. No data is stored on third-party servers, sold to data brokers, or retained beyond the scope of the client engagement.
Access tokens used to connect to the Meta API are stored securely within Google Apps Script properties and are rotated regularly.

Data is retained for the duration of the client engagement. Upon termination of a client relationship, access to their Instagram account is revoked and their data is removed from our systems within 30 days upon request.
