Where is Iyaka based?
We're based in Chennai, India โ but we work fully remotely, which means we can work with brands anywhere across the country. All our communication, strategy, approvals, and reporting happen online.
How do we get started?
Message us on WhatsApp or drop us an email. We'll set up a quick discovery call to understand your brand, goals, and challenges โ then put together a proposal within 48 hours. No lengthy onboarding, no paperwork upfront.
What industries do you work with?
We started in food and beverage โ our current clients include Arambam, Sharief Bhai, and CakeZone โ but we work with any brand that has a strong product and a story worth telling online. Lifestyle, wellness, D2C, retail, hospitality โ we're open to it all.
What does a typical retainer look like?
Most clients are on a monthly retainer that covers strategy, content calendar, content creation, account management, and automated analytics reporting. Pricing depends on the scope โ we share a detailed proposal after the discovery call. Influencer management, paid campaigns, and iMetrik are available as add-ons.
How do approvals and communication work?
We work through WhatsApp, email, and shared Google Drive folders. Content is shared for approval before it goes live, with clear timelines so nothing is ever last-minute. Monthly strategy calls are included for all retainer clients.
Do you work with early-stage or new brands?
